Dream Builder: Amusement Park - Review

Name: Dream Builder: Amusement Park
Release Date: 21 August 2012
Developer: Fugazo Inc.

Dream Builder: Amusement Park is a brand new Strategy game from Fugazo, it appears to be very attractive with the theme-park theme especially for kids. Dream Builder has tons of rides you can choose from and you're free to choose where to place them. You're also free to move things around, demolish things or buy decorations and make your park looks beautiful! However, as there're a lot of tasks to complete which pop up after another, it feels like a step-by-step tutorial all the way through the game and even though you can freely design your park, you can't actually choose what to go into your park since you basically have to follow the tasks given. On the plus side, the interface is really cool, it's easy to use and easy to find or buy stuffs. When you placing rides, you also have to plan a bit, for example when you place similar rides together you can earn more money or you should avoid placing 'loud' rides near 'quiet' rides, we found this feature really interesting and add some challenges to the gameplay! As for the visuals, graphics are bright and cheerful, we might be expected too much but we've seen better graphics in some other games both on Windows and iOS! Music is pleasant enough and suits the game's mood, however, the volume is not consistent. Imagine yourself enjoy placing rides with relaxing music in the background and suddenly there's a loud cheers and claps sound saying that you've completed a task. Anyway, Dream Builder will surely provide you with long hours of gameplay which make it worth the money spent, it's not the best game in the genres but not the worst either, it's neither fantastic or bad, try it to judge it yourself!
